KTE AV2000 Series automatic nozzles are nozzles for Vacuum-Assist vapor recovery systems.
It can recover vapor at the same times, starting refueling of pumps and dispensers.
It provides ease-of-use, high durability and maintenance cost saving.
AV2100 VAPOR RECOVERY NOZZLE is has been newly designed and developed to protect cars and customers from the possible incident of wrong fuelling of fuel between the gasoline and the diesel.
This smart nozzle only allows the nozzle to open for gasoline into gasoline tank of your car but it stops it's valve automatically when operator or customer tries to fuel the gasoline into the diesel tank by confusion.
AV2100 only installed in gasoline dispenser never allows normal fuelling process of filling gasoline into diesel tank to be mixed up.
You will be at maximum free and safe from the incident of wrong fuelling with AV2100 VAPOR RECOVERY NOZZLE.

Excellent Pressure Sensing Valve - Main valve is opened until the pumping system is not pressured, even nozzle lever is held. It prevent fuel spills during preparing for refueling.
Option Flow Lock - allows nozzle to shut-off when falling out of a vehicle, and tipped up limiting spillage and unsafe conditions.

Adjust Valve - It is available to adjust the vapor recovery rate, as needed conventional nozzle by applying the separable type of spout.
Flow lock - Valve is closed automatically as the nozzle is put up upwardly. It prevents gasoline spills safely.
One hand operation - Easy to locate and use hold-open clip by one hand.
SUS Vapor Housing - It provides high durability of abrasion. It can prevent recovering of the fuel because it collects the vapor from the upper side of the external nozzle body instead of the end of spout and it enhance vapor recovery ratio.
Options Wrong oil refueling prevention system - It prevents refueling of gasoline to the diesel car by applying the special type of spout. This special spout is patented item. (AV2100 only)
